Here are some of PHC&#8217;s recent successes\u00a0as well as\u00a0an idea of what to expect in 2015.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Daily Connections<\/strong>: I&#8217;m thrilled\u00a0to say that our office has been open to walk-in appointments every weekday since 2012. We offer vital resources to help those experiencing homelessness. One such resource is our unique denture program;\u00a0so far we&#8217;ve seen 78 people get new teeth and a\u00a0renewed sense of\u00a0self-confidence. In the next year, we&#8217;ll be adding more\u00a0services and strengthening the programs we already have.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Service Trends App<\/strong>:\u00a0We&#8217;re\u00a0developing an app\u00a0with Blueprint, a UC Berkeley nonprofit run by students. The app will\u00a0help track event trends and gather data about who accesses which services. If a\u00a0participant\u00a0is\u00a0unable to access a service at the event, the app will connect\u00a0them with\u00a0our office for wraparound care.\u00a0In San Francisco, there&#8217;s no excuse not to use technology for good.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>New Website<\/strong>:\u00a0Our website is getting a much-needed redesign with the help of an Oakland-based web developer, MIGHTYminnow.\u00a0The new site will\u00a0be easier to navigate for all members of the PHC family: homeless participants, service providers, donors, and volunteers.\u00a0An exciting new feature\u00a0will let\u00a0participants\u00a0contact our office directly when they need help.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Provider Connect<\/strong>:\u00a0PHC\u00a0has been\u00a0hosting\u00a0Provider Connect networking events for nonprofit and city partners.
