Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is excited to announce the upcoming Community Day of Service (CDoS) PHC 82 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. We are still bringing a modified version of this event to ensure the health and safety of PHC staff, volunteers, and participants.
The Community Day of Service (CDoS) is an opportunity to receive services delivered with care and dignity for people experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, or simply needing services!
The One Stop Shop expo-style for supportive services will have around 40+ service providers under the same roof. Our goal is to provide services that would otherwise be difficult to access.
(DMV-California State ID cards, Dental, Medical, Mental Health, medical benefits, Employment Resources, etc.)
PHC can provide a successful and impactful day of community with your assistance.
