VOLUNTEER
FOR THE 2015 SAN FRANCISCO HOMELESS COUNT
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires communities across the county to conduct a biannual Point-in-Time count of homeless persons. This biannual estimate provides invaluable data regarding the homeless population within San Francisco and across the nation.
Everyone Counts!
Volunteers provide the manpower needed to canvas every area of the city to help ensure that everyone residing on the streets of San Francisco is adequately and accurately counted. It takes more than 300 volunteers to cover the city in one night. Your participation is essential.
